Webinar Series
The Tribal Law and Policy Institute is providing a robust virtual training series in the form of webinars to build and enhance understanding of Tribal sovereignty and complex Tribal jurisdictional issues that plague Indian country and compound issues of victim safety and offender accountability resulting in better interagency coordination and better use of information to meet survivor needs and advance culturally appropriate service delivery. The webinar series will touches upon systemic issues in legal systems including common civil legal needs and provide foundational information on the dynamics of power and control. The webinar series is split into two broad categories, victim advocacy and legal advocacy skills, to ensure the intended impact.
